Diversey House is a collaboration between two award-winning breweries: Steep Ravine Brewing Company (formerly Ravinia Brewing Company) and Moor’s Brewing Company, one of the rising Black owned breweries in the United States, in a reimagined, elevated sports bar and brewery in Logan Square.
The menu is be crafted by Executive Chef and Partner Marc Anthony Bynum, a three-time Chopped Champion known for his innovative approach to elevated comfort food.
The venue is more than just a place to eat and drink—it’s an experiential sports bar that combines history, innovation and charm. By combining two award-winning breweries and Chef Bynum under one roof, we’re creating a guest-focused experience that offers an unmatched variety of flavors, creativity and innovation—all in one location.

Moor's Brewing Co.
Moor’s Brewing Company, a groundbreaking African American owned craft beer enterprise, emerged onto the scene in Chicago on June 19, 2021, a date of great historical significance–Juneteenth.
In just three short years of operation, Moor’s Beer has achieved some early success, aiming to forge an indelible mark on the beer industry. This innovative company has swiftly expanded its reach, gaining wide distribution in both the Windy City, New York City, Indiana and New Jersey.
With a presence in over 500+ retailers and prestigious venues, Moor’s Beer is establishing diversity, equity and inclusion in the beer-loving community; where less than 1% is African American owned.

Founded in Highland Park’s Ravinia District in 2014, Steep Ravine Brewing Company is rooted in community and driven by a passion for stories created through craft beer, food and shared experiences.

Marc Bynum
Marc Anthony Bynum, three-time Chopped Champion, was born and raised on Long Island, New York. The initial draw to him becoming a chef was watching his mother cook for the family and loved ones, he observed “the joy on people’s faces while eating”.
With over 25 years in the kitchen, Marc Bynum is starting to give more attention to mentoring, motivational speaking, and building a media platform not just for himself but for the growing number of young chefs and business professionals looking to make their mark.
